PRESCHOOL

Little Prints Preschool is D. E. S. Certified.  This is State assistance to help you pay for your Child care.  To find out if you qualify, please call the Department of Economic Security.

We are also Certified in C.A.C.F.P.  (Child and Adult Food Program ) Guided by the State of Arizona's Food Program we serve delicious and Nutritious meals to all children in attendance.  Breakfast is served from 7:00am to 8:00am so we can help if you are running late to work or school.  Lunch time is 11:30 am until 12:30 pm and our after noon snack is from 2:30 pm until 3:30pm.  Milk is served with Breakfast and Lunch and either water or 100% juice is served with after noon snack.

Transportation to and from local area schools:  There are many elementary schools in the Bullhead City area.  Please call us to find out if we have drop off and pick up service at your child's school.

Field Trips:  During the summer months when your school aged child is out for Summer Break we want to make sure they are safe and happy and NOT home alone and bored.  We take children age 5 years old and up to places such as: The Riverside Movies; Baskin Robbins: Peter Piper Pizza: Library; Park; Fire Department Tours; and some fast food parties.  To attend we MUST have signed parent permission slips.

Infant Room:  There is no schedule in this room.  All infants are kept on their very own schedule's.  If you prefer to bring Formula and want us to provide the other foods, or want us to provide everything, it's all up to you.  There is no extra charge for us providing the foods.  The only thing you provide is the baby, diapers, wipes , empty and clean bottles ( enough for the entire day) and clothes.  We will provide all the rest including the love and attention.

1 and 2 year olds:  This is where the fun begins.  Teaching them to eat with the spoon and drinking out of a cup is all included.  Potty training begins here too.  Indoor and outdoor play along with songs, crafts, ABC's, 123's, and more fun, fun, fun.

3 year olds: An extension of the above with more age appropriate skills.  New games, songs and writing skills will begin.  Wait until you see the beautifull things they bring home for you.

4 year olds:  This is our Preschool Program for those that will be entering Kindergarten.  As mentioned before we have been chosen as the BEST preschool, as in before Kindergarten rediness for years in a row. They  explore different aspects of writing, reading, crafts and cooking skills.  They complete the learning of the ABC's and 123's, colors, shapes, sizes and other important skills such as sharing and cooperation with others.  Phonics is a great program and used in our preschool group. 

After school program:  A great place for your child to go when Mom and Dad work late.  Here they will get a healthy, nutritious snack and be able to do homework, read, play games and do crafts.
